I’m a young person
Do you ever feel out of place, unseen or overwhelmed?
You might be trying to make sense of who you are — balancing different worlds, expectations, and pressures.
Maybe you feel like you don’t fully belong anywhere, or that no one gets what it’s like to carry so much inside.
Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to explain or shrink parts of yourself – a space that honours your whole story.
As an integrative psychotherapist I offer online therapy sessions for young people.
Online therapy

In our sessions, we can:
Understand and name what’s been overwhelming or confusing
Explore identity, culture, and belonging in a safe, grounded way
Build emotional tools for anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt
Heal from experiences of marginalisation or not being seen
Reconnect with parts of yourself that feel lost or silenced
Every session is collaborative — you set the pace, and we shape the work together.
How we might work together
My work is culturally attuned, anti-oppressive, and justice-aware — meaning I see how personal experiences are shaped by the systems and environments around us.
Together, we explore how culture, family, identity, and power impact how you feel, relate, and move through the world.
You don’t have to leave any part of yourself at the door.
This is a space to all of you — your voice, your heritage, your struggles, and your strengths and hopes.
